Carrying on from the success of the last 18 months we've announced our latest SPPS Scenario Paintball game. More planning has gone into this event than any previous event and we've also got the added attraction of trying to win an Ego9 for just £5. Find out more here>>

For anyone who's playing Laserstrike with us we've injected a new dimension to game sessions. From this weekend on we'll be issuing loyalty cards to all laser players with the chance to move up through the Wildwoodz ranked laser gamers every time you play and earn free sessions! We'll also be running regular competitions via our facebook pages and web forum where registered loyalty card holders can win extra life and re-spawn advantages for their next game. The Wildwoodz hosted Scottish Paintball Players Series of tournaments is opening it's doors to a "Rookie" Division in 2010. If you fancy trying the high octane version of paintball on our inflatable tournament field but dont have any paintball kit of your own - this should be for you! The Rookies will fight it out to find the best new team using at least 3 rental guns per team. The highest placed team at each event will win 5 essential pieces of paintball equipment to help them build their team. Ideal for groups of mates, youth groups and schools.

Since the confidentiality agreement i signed tells me i can now confirm the event i'm proud to announce that Mark Owen of Take That had his Stag Party at Wildwoodz today.

Myself and the staff that worked today aren't allowed to give details on the finer points of the day (you'll have to read about it in Hello magazine), but i can tell you that Mark and his "colleagues" were a great group and that it was a very enjoyable paintball session. He was quite good too and really got into the spirit of things.

Everything else remains private guys so for further comment you'll have to talk to the bands management Warner Music.

I think all the staff from today would like to join me in thanking the group for choosing Wildwoodz and wishing Mark all the best with the wedding tomorrow and with married life. He went out of his way to assist us in promoting the charity game on December 20th and i'm personally in his debt for him doing so. Come back soon.

I'd also like to thank Hamish Clarke (Monarch of the Glen) for taking time out of the session to have his photo taken with my daughter and truly make her day.

Wildwoodz flagship sponsored team Inverness Ice have just returned from the UK Federation Cup in Ancaster, England with.....2nd place! In the best result ever by a Scottish paintball team playing in England, ICE made the finals by beating many more experienced English teams. This result enforces the status of Inverness Ice as Scottish Champions and the Scottish Paintball Players Series as a tournament series that is producing some of the UK's top paintball teams. Ice need help with re-surfacing their training pitch for next season. Read more here>>

The "Temple" playing area is now finally open for Paintball and Lasertag games.  This field has been designed to be one of the hardest gaming tests available - Are you up for the challenge? We at Wildwoodz belive that this is probably the most exciting game map in Scotland - check out the photo's for a glimpse.

"Temple" is not like the standard woodland gaming fields that most of you will have played previously. The big 'stone' effigies that you can see in the picture surround and altar in the middle of the field. Running from the altar area are 8 paths that wind through a heavily overgrown "no mans land" to a circular path around the playing boundaries. In short it's a maze network where you can sneak up on the opposition without being seen - if you're bold enough. Come and experience it for yourself - ring 01381 622220 to get booked in!
