By organising your group prior to arrival at reception everyone can bypass the queues, walk straight through at Check In and be the envy of everyone else.

How do you do it?

1. When you pay your deposits for your event tell us that you'd like to apply for V.I.P. Check In on your game date. We'll email you the customised standard declaration for you to distribute to your group members. Give us the email adresses and we can even do it for you.

2. You make sure everyone knows to fill it out before the game and collect them back in with balance payments before arrival.

3. When you arrive at reception your organiser can hand in the balance payments and declaration forms for your group and everyone gets to walk straight past the check in desk saving you time by avoiding the crowds.

We suggest that organisers collect all the standard declarations and balance payments from your group in the days running up to the event so that your whole group check in isn't delayed by a late arrival.
