1. Wildwoodz Ltd will not confirm a private booking without a £10 per person deposit payment. If you haven't paid this deposit for your event - your places are not yet reserved. In the case of corporate bookings the booking can be confirmed by email acceptance of the event invoice and the terms and conditions.

ALL players in your group under the age of 12 MUST currently attend secondary school.

Cancelling your booking.

Please note* Our activities are played in ALL weathers. Wildwoodz Ltd policy is to cancel sessions only in the event of dangerously high winds or thunder and lightning. Yes we play in the snow! If we dont let you know in advance that your session is cancelled - assume its going ahead. Failure to attend a session without following the terms and conditions constitutes cancellation with the following cancellation charges.

1. More than 14 days notice - Full refund will be given (no cancellation charges apply)

2. Less than 14 days notice - £10 deposit payment is forfeited.

3. Less than 48 hours notice (corporate / school / council bookings) - Full session charges still apply for booking.
